Accommodating Students with Disabilities
Dale Kietzman School of Theology believes in opportunity for everyone. Therefore, the school strives to meet the needs of all students by providing instructional support and student services which will enable them to reach their maximum potential.
The school does not discriminate on the basis of physical disability. The course format of individualized instruction with a Facilitator provides ample opportunity to offer a reasonable accommodation for any qualified student with known disabilities, provided the accommodation does not pose an undue hardship on the school or does not force the school to fundamentally alter the educational course, compromise its academic standards, or place the disabled individual in an advantaged position over other students.
Students who need special accommodation should write a letter to the Chief Academic Officer indicating the nature of the special need and providing documented evidence of both the disability and the specific accommodation need.
